Applicants holding a foreign secondary education diploma or a Portuguese secondary education diploma, who have made the Portuguese admission exams

Applicants holding a secondary education diploma and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme

Applicants holding a secondary education diploma and the A-Level General Certificate of Education

Applicants holding the Chinese Senior Secondary School Graduation diploma and the Gaokao (higher education admission exam in Continental China) or the Liankao (higher education admission exam in Macao, Hong Kong and Taiwan) [external page in English]

Applicants holding a secondary education diploma and the Macao Joint Admission Examination (JAE) [external page in English]

Applicants holding the Brazilian secondary education diploma and the ENEM (Brazilian national secondary education exam) [external page in Portuguese]

Applicants who have completed the secondary education but have not passed or reached the required grade in the national higher education entry exams (in their home country) recognized by UC [external page in Portuguese]

Information for international students who are already enrolled in a higher education first degree

Applicants currently enrolled in a higher education degree in a foreign higher education institution, who entered higher education with an exam recognised by UC, can ask transference to a similar degree programme at the University of Coimbra.
